基于民航关键岗位职业能力视角的民航运输服务专业课程体系建构——以上海东海职业技术学院民航运输服务专业为例

Research on the Construction of Curriculum System of Civil Aviation Transportation Service Specialty from the Perspective of Vocational Ability of Key Positions in Civil Aviation--Taking the Civil Aviation Transportation Service Major of Aviation College of Shanghai Donghai Polytechnic as an Example

上海东海职业技术航空学院民航运输服务专业在已有的基础上,为了契合了国家产业政策,在专业人才培养和专业建设上全方位创新改革,以新的课程体系设计思路,立足航企用人需求,对民航关键岗位群的岗位职责、专业技能进行了梳理,结合岗位工作任务,形成本专业必备的知识技能框架,形成新的专业基础课、核心课架构。适应职业教育特点,针对核心知识技能设计实践课,结合职业发展趋势设计职业拓展课,形成重视基础、突出核心兼顾发展、理论实践并举的课程体系。

On the basis of existing civil aviation transportation service specialty of Shanghai Donghai Vocational and Technical College,in or-der to fit the national industrial policy,the reform and construction of specialized all-round innovation of talent cultivation and curriculum system design idea,based on the navigation enterprise demand of choose and employ persons,the responsibility of key position of civil avia-tion,generalizes the professional skills,and combining with the working task,form the necessary knowledge and skills framework of the major,and form the basic and core courses of the major.Adapt to the characteristics of vocational education,design practice courses for core knowledge and skills.Design career development courses based on career development trends.We should form a curriculum system that em-phasizes foundation,emphasizes core development and emphasizes theory and practice.
