不同氮磷钾浓度对水培芹菜农艺性状及光合特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以‘津南实芹’和‘金黄芹菜’为试验材料进行水培种植,分别对其进行不同氮磷钾浓度处理,收获时测定其农艺性状和光合特性。结果表明:施肥处理能提高芹菜的净光合速率,降低胞间二氧化碳浓度。除根长外,两种芹菜的单株质量、株高、叶片数、叶柄数、小叶长、小叶宽、叶柄宽和叶柄厚均显著高于对照,相关性分析显示这些农艺性状与氮肥水平均呈正相关,但单株质量和株高与磷肥和钾肥的施用浓度呈负相关。‘津南实芹’在氮、磷、钾处理浓度分别为11 mmol∕L、0.3 mmol∕L和5 mmol∕L时产量较高,‘金黄芹菜’在氮、磷、钾处理浓度分别为11 mmol∕L、0.6 mmol∕L和5 mmol∕L时产量较高。本研究可为水培芹菜的规模化生产提供一定的理论依据。 In this study,’Jinnan Shiqin’and’Jinhuang Qincai’were selected as experimental materials for hydroponic cultivation.Three different concentrations of N,P,and K were applied to hydroponic celery,and then the agronomic traits and photosynthetic indexes of celery were measured at harvest stage.The results showed that fertilization application could increase net photosynthetic rate and decrease intercellular carbon dioxide concentration of celery.The root length,the weight of single plant,plant height,number of leaf blades,number of petioles,leaflet length,leaflet width,petiole width,and petiole thickness of’Jinnan Shiqin’and’Jinhuang Qincai’treated with different concentrations of N,P,and K nutrient solution were significantly higher than those of the control.The correlation analysis showed that these agronomic traits were positively correlated with N fertilizer level,whereas,the weight of single plant and plant height were negatively correlated with P and K levels.When the N,P,and K concentrations were 11 mmol∕L,0.3 mmol∕L and 5 mmol∕L,respectively,’Jinnan Shiqin’could achieve the high yield target.’ Jinhuang Qincai’ had relatively high yield at 11 mmol∕L,0.6 mmol∕L and 5 mmol∕L of N,P,and K concentrations,respectively.Here,the analysis of effects of N,P,and K changes in the concentration on the growth and yield of celery will provide a theoretical basis for the large-scale production of hydroponic celery.
