基于《水文》办刊历史数据统计分析,结合新时代我国科技发展的战略部署以及水利高质量发展的需求,从期刊定位、品牌影响力、多媒体利用和编辑队伍建设等四个方面探讨新时代背景下期刊的定位与发展。

The current situation and orientation problems of the Journal were carried out by the statistical analysis.This paper discussed the development of the Journal under the background of the new era from four aspects:periodical orientation,brand influence,multi-media utilization and editorial team construction,providing references for its advancement.
