ALDH2在丙酸睾酮诱导的前列腺组织中的表达

Expression of ALDH2 in prostate tissue induced by testosterone propionate

目的 在丙酸睾酮诱导的大鼠前列腺组织中探讨ALDH2的作用。方法 将12只SD大鼠随机分为对照组(n=6)和模型组(n=6),模型组大鼠连续4周皮下注射丙酸睾酮2.5 mg/(kg·d),对照组大鼠连续4周给予同等剂量的生理盐水。4周后,在无菌条件下解剖大鼠前列腺组织,利用免疫组织化学染色法和蛋白印迹检测法,分别检测ALDH2蛋白的定位和表达量。结果 免疫组织化学染色法见ALDH2蛋白均表达在前列腺上皮细胞中;蛋白印迹检测法可见ALDH2蛋白在模型组表达量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在丙酸睾酮诱导的前列腺组织中ALDH2呈高表达。

Objective To investigate the mechanism of ALDH2 in testosterone propionate induced prostate tissue.Methods Twelve SD rats were randomly divided into control group(n=6) and treatment group(n=6). The rats in model group were subcutaneously injected testosterone propionate of 2.5 mg/(kg·d) for four consecutive weeks, while control group was given same dose of normal saline. After the last injection, the prostate was extracted by laparotomy at sterile low temperature. The localization of ALDH2 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the expression of ALDH2 protein was detected by western blot.Results Immunohistochemistry showed that ALDH2 proteins were all expressed in prostate epithelial cells. Western blot analysis showed that the expression of ALDH2 protein in model group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ALDH2 is highly expressed in prostate tissue induced by testosterone propionate.
