医养结合模式对住院无陪护老年阿尔茨海默症患者生活质量及智力评分的影响

Effect of Combination of Medical Care and Nursing on Quality of Life and Intelligence Score of Hospitalized Elderly Patients with Alzheimer’s Disease

目的:探讨医养结合模式对住院无陪护老年阿尔茨海默症患者生活质量及智力评分的影响。方法:选取2018年5月—2021年5月开封市人民医院收治的180例住院无陪护阿尔兹海默症患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各90例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施医养结合模式护理干预。均持续护理3个月。比较两组患者生活质量、智力评分、负性情绪(HAMD、HAMA评分)及护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.679、5.419、4.397、4.802,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组智力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.885,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组HAMD、HAMA评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=20.201、20.360,P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.981,P<0.05)。结论:医养结合护理模式能够有效减轻住院无陪护老年阿尔茨海默症患者负性情绪,提升智力水平,改善生活质量,进而获得更高的护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of the combination of medical care and nursing care on the quality of life and intelligence scores of elderly patients with Alzheimer’s disease in hospital.Methods:A total of 180 inpatients with unaccompanied Alzheimer’s patients admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given nursing intervention of combination of medical care and nursing care.All the patients were treated continuously for 3 months.The quality of life,intelligence score,negative emotion(HAMD、HAMA score)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of life quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.679,5.419,4.397,4.802,P<0.05).After nursing,the intelligence scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.885,P<0.05).After nursing,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=20.201,20.360,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.981,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of medical care and nursing care model can effectively reduce the negative emotions of hospitalized unaccompanied elderly patients with Alzheimer’s disease,improve their intelligence level,improve their quality of life,and then obtain higher nursing satisfaction.
