摘要
目的:探讨五步式叙事护理对糖尿病患儿心理状态及生存质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1—12月安阳市妇幼保健院收治的84例糖尿病患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为试验组(n=42)与对照组(n=42)。对照组患儿接受常规护理,试验组患儿接受五步式叙事护理,比较两组患儿的心理状态及生存质量。结果:试验组患儿干预后的儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查表(The Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotiona Disorders,SCARED)评分、儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(Self-Rating Scale for Depressive Disorder in Childhood,DSRSC)评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患儿干预后的糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)指标显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患儿干预后的糖尿病患者生存质量特异性量表(DSQL)中生理、心理、社会、治疗4个维度得分及总评分显著降低对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五步式叙事护理可有效减轻糖尿病患儿的焦虑、抑郁等情绪障碍,改善患儿心理状态,能够促使患儿积极配合治疗护理,改善糖代谢指标,有利于提高生存质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of five-step narrative nursing on the psychological state and quality of life of children with diabetes.Methods:A total of 84 children with diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the experimental group and the control group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Children in the control group received routine nursing care,and children in the experimental group received five-step narrative nursing.The psychological state and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,The Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)score and Self-Rating Scale for Depressive Disorder in Childhood(DSRSC)score in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc),fasting blood glucose(FBG),and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG)of the children in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the diabetic patients’quality of life-specific scale(DSQL)in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group in the four dimensions of physical,psychological,social,and treatment scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The five-step narrative nursing can effectively reduce anxiety,depression and other emotional disorders in children with diabetes,improve the psychological state of the children,and can prompt the children to actively cooperate with treatment and nursing,improve the indicators of glucose metabolism,and help improve the quality of life.
