CRISPR/Cas9基因组编辑技术在病原真菌耐药性研究中的应用
摘要
病原真菌逐渐成为人类安全的重要威胁。据统计,在全球范围内,近10亿人患有皮肤、指甲和头发等浅表真菌感染性疾病,每年约150多万人因深部真菌感染性疾病死亡^([1])。其中,曲霉、念珠菌、隐球菌以及双相真菌如荚膜组织胞浆菌等是导致大多数严重真菌病的主要病原真菌^([1])。
