摘要
广州市南沙明珠湾大桥主桥为(96+164+436+164+96+60) m的双层桥面中承式六跨连续钢桁架拱桥,桥宽43.2 m,上层为双向8车道,下层预留4车道和管线走廊,为目前世界上跨度最大的市政公路双层桥面三主桁中承式钢桁拱桥。针对明珠湾大桥的主跨施工,提出了大悬臂拱-梁同步拼装和整体大节段提升2种方案,从工艺可行性、施工工期、抗台风安全性、对航道的影响和工程造价方面进行比选,最终采用大悬臂拱-梁同步拼装方案,为同类桥梁选择施工方案提供参考。
The main bridge of Guangzhou Nansha Pearl Bay Bridge is a double deck halfthrough six span continuous steel truss arch bridge of(96+164+436+164+96+60) m,with a width of 43.2 m.The upper layer is a twoway eight lane bridge,and the lower layer is reserved with four lanes and pipeline channels.It is the world’s largest municipal highway double deck three main truss half-through steel truss arch bridge.Aiming at the construction of the main span of the Pearl Bay Bridge,two schemes are proposed,namely,the synchronous assembly of large cantilever arch beam and the overall large segment lifting,which are compared from the aspects of process feasibility,construction period,typhoon resistance safety,impact on the waterway and project cost.Finally,the large cantilever arch beam simultaneous assembly scheme is adopted,providing reference for the selection of construction schemes of similar bridges.
