职业院校1+X证书制度课证融通的探索与思考——以跨境电子商务专业为例 被引量:26

摘要 1+X证书制度是国家职业教育改革的重大创新举措,课证融通是落实这一制度的关键环节。课证融通的内涵体现为学生的基础素养与专业技能特长相融合、课程标准与证书等级标准相融合、教学考核要求与证书考核评价相融合三个方面。其课证融通有三种典型方式,一是以证为桥梁,通识课程和专业课程相融合;二是以标准为指导,课程体系对标专业教学标准与行业标准;三是以1+X证书考核为方向,制定课程考核方案。以跨境电子商务专业为例,课证融通实践包括统筹通识课程和专业课程、专业教学标准与行业标准指导下课程体系的建设以及制定与跨境电商“X”证书要求相对应的课程目标、教学内容与授课计划。跨境电子商务专业1+X证书课证融通的实践,在职业技能等级证书的选择、课证融通的教学实施、课证融通实训平台的选择、课证融通考核方式四个方面引人思考:需甄别优质证书、把控课证融通过程、制定科学的课证融通考核方式,从而更好地促进课证融通。 The 1+X certificates system is a major innovative measure of the reform of national vocational education,and the integration of curriculum and certificates is the key to realize this system.The curriculum-certificate integration shows the integration of students’ basic literacy and professional skills,the integration of curriculum standards and certificate level standards,and the integration of teaching assessment requirements and certificate assessment.Its curriculum system has three typical ways.One is to use the certificate as a bridge to integrate the general and professional curriculum;one is to take standards as the guidance to realize the matchmaking of curriculum system and standards of professional teaching and industry;the other is to formulate a curriculum assessment plan in the direction of 1+X certificate assessment.This study takes cross-border e-commerce as an example to show the practice of curriculum-certificate integration.Its integration includes the coordination of general and professional curriculum,the construction of the curriculum system under the guidance of professional teaching standards and industrial standards,and the formulation of curriculum objectives,teaching contents,and teaching plans corresponding to the requirements of cross-border e-commerce X certificates.It makes a consideration from four aspects.They are the selection of vocational skill level certificates,the teaching implementation of the integration,the selection of a practical training platform for integration,and the assessment of the integration.To better promote integration,it is necessary to identify high-quality certificates,control the integration process,and formulate scientific integration assessment.
