摘要 为了提升无纸化办公管理效率与准确性,设计基于SSH框架及大数据技术的无纸化办公管理系统。在SSH框架支持下,将无纸化办公管理系统划分为八个功能模块,通过各个模块之间的相互协作实现无纸化办公高效管理。为了解决因数据维度较高导致系统运行效率下降的问题,采用切空间判别方法对局部区域样本进行筛选,使办公数据能够更好地嵌入系统中,同时保留有价值的无纸化办公数据,实现数据降维以及系统运行效率的提升。仿真实验结果表明,所设计系统能够有效降低数据维度,实现高效率、高精度的无纸化办公管理。 In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of paperless office management,a paperless office management system based on SSH framework and big data technology is designed.Under the support of SSH framework,the paperless office management system is divided into eight functional modules,and the paperless office management is realized through the mutual cooperation between the modules.In order to solve the problem that the system operation efficiency decreases due to the high data dimensions,the tangent space discrimination method is used to screen the samples in local areas,so that office data can be better embedded in the system,while retaining valuable paperless office data,so as to achieve data dimension reduction and improve the system operation efficiency.The simulation results show that the designed system can effectively reduce the data dimension and achieve efficient,high-precision paperless office management.
