摘要
制冷剂替代是实现“双碳”目标的有效途径之一。本文提出一种可替换R134a的低GWP制冷剂并命名为RGT2,通过搭建的水源热泵系统,综合研究了RGT2和R134a在不同工况下的系统制热性能。结合天津地区气象参数和制热性能实验对比两种工质的供暖季节能效。从实验和理论角度,验证了RGT2工质替代R134a的可行性。研究结果表明:相同工况下,RGT2的系统制热量较R134a高2.2%,系统COP较R134a低3.5%,RGT2整体表现出与R134a相似的制热性能;在整个供暖季节,RGT2的系统供暖能效系数较R134a仅差1.9%,而充注RGT2的热泵系统热负荷始终高于充注R134a的热泵系统。从制热性能和环境友好角度分析,RGT2可作为R134a热泵系统的理想替代工质。
Refrigerant substitution is one of the effective ways to achieve the goal of“double carbon”.This paper proposed a low GWP refrigerant named RGT2 that can replace R134a.Through the water source heat pump system,the heating performance of RGT2 and R134a under different working conditions is comprehensively studied.Combined with the meteorological parameters and heating performance experiments in Tianjin,the seasonal energy efficiency of the two working fluids is analyzed and compared.From the perspective of experiment and theory,the feasibility of RGT2working medium replacing R134a is verified.The results show that under the same working conditions,the system heating capacity of RGT2 is 2.2%higher than that of R134a and the system cop is3.5%lower than that of R134a,which shows that RGT2 has similar heating performance to R134a as a whole.Throughout the heating season,the heating efficiency coefficient of the RGT2 system is only 1.9%worse than that of R134a,and the heat load of the heat pump system filled with RGT2 is always higher than that of the heat pump system filled with R134a.Therefore from the perspective of heating performance and environmental friendliness,RGT2 can be used as an ideal alternative working medium for R134a heat pump system.
