基于围护结构动态冷负荷计算模型的构造与分析

Establishment and Analysis of Dynamic Cooling Load Calculation Model for Envelope Structure

摘要 基于量纲分析法中的π定理,利用无因次化处理,综合考虑围护结构的尺寸特征和热工性能指标,通过动态模拟逐时峰值冷负荷以反算归一化传热系数,构建了一种针对夏热冬冷地区建筑围护结构的冷负荷指标计算模型。并以某办公建筑为例,对模型准确度进行验证分析。本计算模型可以为建筑规划阶段的方案设计提供快速、准确节能性能的评价,同时可以预估节能改造效果。 Based on theπtheorem in the dimensional analysis method,using dimensionless processing,comprehensively considering the size characteristics and thermal performance indicators of the enclosure structure,through dynamic simulation of the hourly peak cooling load to back calculate the normalized heat transfer coefficient,a cooling load index calculation model for building envelopes in areas with hot summer and cold winter is constructed.And take an office building as an example to verify and analyze the accuracy of the model.This calculation model can provide rapid and accurate evaluation of energy-saving performance for the design of the architectural planning stage,and can also predict the effect of energy-saving renovation.
