技术与文化双向融合:智慧校园建设的价值选择与行动路向

Two-way Integration of Technology and Culture:Value Choice and Action Direction of Smart Campus Construction

智慧校园是新一代信息技术与教育深度融合的产物,是“智”与“慧”的结合体,“智”的发展必须以技术为支撑,而“慧”恰恰需要以文化发展来解决。基于此,文章分析了当前智慧校园建设在理念和实践层面出现的技术异化与文化偏离的风险,发现智慧校园建设在理念、应用及结果上陷入了“为发展而创新,越创新越不发展”的“围城”困境。针对这一境况,从技术与文化双向融合的角度出发,指出智慧校园建设的价值选择是技术价值与文化价值的共同实现。未来智慧校园建设需要从文化融合技术价值、技术追赶文化需求等方面探究技术与文化的融合、共生机理,为解决实际矛盾提供新的思路。

Smart campus is a product of the deep integration of new generation information technology and education,and is a combination of"wisdom"and"intelligence",while the development of"wisdom"must be supported by technology,and the development of"intelligence"needs to be addressed by cultural development.Based on this,this paper analyses the risk of technological alienation and cultural deviation in the construction of smart campus at the conceptual and practical levels,and finds that the construction of smart campus has caught in the dilemma of"innovation for the sake of development,and the more innovation the less development"in terms of concepts,applications and results.In response to this situation,from the perspective of the two-way integration of technology and culture,it is pointed out that the value choice of smart campus construction is the joint realization of technical value and cultural value.The future construction of smart campus needs to explore the integration and symbiosis mechanism of technology and culture in the process of smart campus construction in terms of culture integrating technical value and technology catching up with cultural needs,so as to provide new ideas for solving practical conflicts.
