国内外医学教育评价研究的进展、热点与趋势

摘要 目的:对比分析国内外医学教育评价研究的进展、热点和前沿,借鉴国外研究经验,为更好开展我国医学教育评价研究提供参考。方法:运用CiteSpace对1982-2022年国内外核心数据库的医学教育评价相关文献进行关键词、研究机构共现、研究者和发文量等的可视化分析。结果:研究进展方面,我国处于常规科学期中期,已经具备共识性理论和方法,研究内容较丰富,机构和作者合作较少,没有形成核心研究群体;国外处于常规科学中后期,开始探索新的研究方法和领域。研究热点方面,医学生、健康教育、效果评价和继续医学教育是国内外共同研究热点,我国更侧重对评估、评价本身的研究,国外侧重围绕医学生教育、知识、能力等方面的研究。研究趋势方面,国内研究趋势是评估体系、微信平台、护理教育、安宁疗护;国外研究趋势是继续医学教育、信仰和模拟。结论:我国医学教育评估与国外存在差距,应该拓展研究深度,加强合作联系,积极借鉴国外经验,建立具体中国特色的医学教育评价体系。 By comparing and analyzing the progress,hotspots and trend of medical education evaluation research at home and abroad,and learning from foreign research experience,we provide feasible suggestions for China to better carry out medical education evaluation research.Methods:CiteSpace was used to visualize the keywords time zone,keywords co-occurrence,keywords clustering,co-occurrence of research institutions,co-occurrence of research authors and the number of articles published in the core database of medical education evaluation from 1982 to 2022.Results:In terms of research progress,China is in the Midterm regular science period and has already had consensus theories and methods,the research content is rich,the cooperation between institutions and authors is less,and there is no core research group;foreign countries are in the Late Period of Conventional Science,began to explore new research methods and fields.In terms of research hotspots,medical students,health education,effect evaluation and continuing medical education are common research hotspots at home and abroad.China focuses more on evaluation and evaluation itself,while foreign countries focus on medical students'education,knowledge and ability.Research front,the domestic research front is the evaluation system,WeChat platform,nursing education,hospice care;the frontiers of foreign research are continuing medical education,belief and simulation.Conclusion:There is a gap between China's medical education evaluation and foreign countries.It is necessary to strengthen research depth,strengthen cooperation and contact,actively learn from foreign experience,establish an evaluation system with specific Chinese characteristics,and effectively solve practical problems.
