摘要
隐性权力是相对于显性权力而言的,其往往来自于非制度性渠道,因而是一种非正式的权力。研究生导师隐性权力主要是来自于显性权力的延伸、正式权力角色的扩散、权力非对称性的影响以及权力主体的个人要素,而隐性权力表达不恰当容易引起师生之间契约交易关系替代其他关系、师生之间的不平等性加剧和导师容易触犯规范底线等危害。本文通过将道德约束与法律规范相结合、厘清导学关系中的主导与平等作用、提升导师专业认知与使命感等方式,从而优化导师隐性权力的行使,以期促进和谐的导学关系。
The implicit power is relative to the explicit power,which often comes from the non-institutional channels,so it is a kind of informal power.Tutor an extension of the recessive power mainly comes from the dominant power asymmetry,the spread of the role of formal power,power the personal factors,the subject and the influence of the invisible power to express inappropriate to replace other contract trading relationship between teachers and students,the inequality between teachers and students,the harm such as intensifying,supervisor and likely to break the bottom line.Therefore,by combining moral constraints with legal norms,clarifying the dominant and equal roles in the mentoring relationship,and enhancing the professional cognition and sense of mission of tutors,the exercise of implicit power of tutors can be optimized to promote a harmonious mentoring relationship.
