摘要
目的:探求留守经历对大学生心理健康状况的影响,为有留守经历大学生健康教育和心理咨询提供合理的建议。方法:采用大学生心理健康量表对成都中医药大学904名在校生进行调查。结果:有留守经历大学生心理健康水平显著低于无留守经历大学生(p<0.001);不同生源地和性别的留守大学生在勇于挑战维度上的得分差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);首次留守年龄不同的大学生在心理健康水平(除幸福体验、积极求学、目标追求之外)上的差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);留守时长不同的大学生在心理健康水平上没有差异(p>0.05);留守期间照顾者不同在其目标追求维度得分上的差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05);每年与父母见面天数不同的留守大学生在心理健康各维度得分(除积极求学、情绪调控、目标追求之外)的差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:留守经历会对大学生心理健康水平造成影响。
Object:To explore the influence of left-behind experience on mental health status of college students and to provide reasonable suggestions for health education and psychological counseling of college students with left-behind experience.Methods:A total of 904 students in Chengdu University of TCM were investigated by using the College Student Mental Health Scale.Results:Mental health level of college students with left-behind experience was significantly lower than that of college students without leftbehind experience(P<0.001);There were statistically significant differences in the dimension of daring to challenge of left-behind college students from different origins and genders(P<0.05);There were statistically significant differences in the mental health level(except active study and goal pursuit)of left-behind college students of different ages who stayed behind for the first time(p<0.05);There is no difference in mental health level among college students with different Left-behind periods(p>0.05);There were statistically significant differences in the dimension of goal pursuit of left-behind college students with different caregivers during the stay(p<0.05);There were statistically significant differences in the mental health level(except active study and goal pursuit)of left-behind college students who spend different number of days of meeting with their parents each year(P<0.05).Conclusion Left-behind experience can affect the mental health level of college students.
