Research Progress of TCM Syndrome in 2020—2021

本文基于近两年的中医药文献,对中医证候研究进展进行综述,主要围绕辨证方法、证候理论、实验和临床研究展开。辨证方法学上从过去的辨证过程研究转变为以疗效评价为基础的中医辨证指标体系研究,并创新性地提出经筋辨证和经系辨证方法;证候理论研究方面涌现了许多基础性工作,如中医证候术语的规范化研究、老年人群常见证候分布特征、新冠肺炎疫情下中医证候的英译研究;证候的实验研究百花齐放,构建了一部分能反映证候特异性的生物学指标,并重视方剂反证的作用,同时引进交叉学科技术丰富证候研究手段;证候的临床研究进展主要体现在证候标准化逐渐完善,证候演变规律的研究取得突破,证候类中药的研发体现了证候临床研究的创新。

Based on the literature of traditional Chinese medicine in the past two years, this paper summarizes the research progress of TCM syndromes, mainly focusing on syndrome differentiation methods, syndrome theory, experiment and clinical research. In terms of syndrome differentiation methodology, the past research on syndrome differentiation process has been changed to the research on TCM syndrome differentiation index system based on curative effect evaluation, and the methods of meridian tendon syndrome differentiation and meridian system syndrome differentiation have been innovatively put forward;Many basic works have emerged in the study of syndrome theory, such as the standardization of TCM syndrome terms, the distribution characteristics of common syndromes in the elderly, and the English translation of TCM syndromes under the COVID-19 epidemic;The experimental study of syndrome is flourishing. Some biological indicators that can reflect the specificity of syndrome are constructed, and the role of prescriptions against syndrome is emphasized. At the same time, interdisciplinary technology is introduced to enrich the means of syndrome research;The progress of clinical research on syndrome is mainly reflected in the gradual improvement of syndrome standardization, the breakthrough in the research on the evolution law of syndrome, and the innovation of clinical research on syndrome reflected in the research and development of TCM with syndrome.
