黄元御辨治目病学术思想探析

Analysis of HUANG Yuanyu’s Academic Thought on Differentiation and Treatment of Eye Diseases

本文总结黄元御目病辨治主要临床经验与治学思想并择医案予以介绍。通过解析黄元御对于目窍生理及病理的阐述,讨论其对目病病机的认识,并通过方剂分析探索黄元御治疗目病的用药特点及辨治目病的指导意义。黄元御认为目病标在浊气逆冲,机在脾陷胃逆,根在水寒土湿,重视中气在目病辨治中的作用,用药亦强调脾胃之气、升清降浊。特别是因其为庸医损目而以身立案,深刻揭示了其目病辨治思想内涵以及成果,为后世医家广泛传承,应用于临床每得良效,是以值得我们深入研究和学习应用。

This paper summarized the academic thoughts of HUANG Yuanyu in treating eye diseases and introduced several medical cases. By analyzing HUANG Yuanyu’s exposition of physiology and pathology about eyes, discussed his cognition of the pathogenesis, explored the medication characteristics of HUANG Yuanyu’s treatment and the significance of diagnosis. HUANG Yuanyu believed that the symptom of the eye diseases is the upward flow of turbid substance, which pathogenesis is splenic qi collapse with adverse rising of gastric qi, root in cold-dampness, attaches great importance to the role of medium qi. In medication, he also emphasized the splenic qi and gastric qi, promoting clear and reducing turbidity. In particular, he established the case due to his self-experience, which profoundly revealed his ideological connotation of the diseases and outcome. It has been widely inherited and applied to clinical practice by later generations, and its good effects worth further studies and applications.
