基于五脏元真通畅理论治疗老年功能性便秘的针灸临床探索

Clinical Exploration of Acupuncture and Moxibustion based on Theory of Unlocked-Circulation of Five Zang-organs essence in Treatment of Functional Constipation in Senile People

《金匮要略》提出五脏元真通畅理论,全面理解该理论对诊治疾病具有重要指导。五脏元真不畅引起的老年功能性便秘多表现为本虚标实、虚实夹杂。基于五脏元真通畅理论指导针灸临床,采用补虚导滞、攻补兼施的方法,对难治且缠绵难愈的老年功能性便秘有更好的治疗效果。五脏元真通畅理论可作为针灸治疗老年功能性便秘的切入点,拓展针灸治病思路。

The viewpoint of “unlocked-circulation of Five Zang-organs essence” advanced by Jin Gui Yao Lue, which has played an important part in diagnosing and treating the diseases. The major syndrome of functional constipation in the senile is difficiency in origin and excess in superficiality, often the actual situation and folders, and locked-circulation of Five Zang-organs essence. Based on the theory of “unlocked-circulation of Five Zang-organs essence” guiding the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion, to adopt the method of attacking supplementation, which has been a better effect on the refractory and deficiency-excess functional constipation in the senile. Taking the theory of “unlocked-circulation of Five Zang-organs essence” as a contact point of treating the functional constipation in the senile, which is the new route to explore the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion.
