重载铁路轨枕伤损现状及快速整治技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 重载铁路货运列车轴重大、运量大。相较于普通线路轨枕,重载铁路混凝土轨枕承受更大的周期性轮轨冲击荷载作用,其伤损程度和发展速度较快。现场调研发现:部分重载铁路轨枕出现了承轨面磨损、挡肩缺损和轨枕裂缝等伤损情况。针对不同轨枕伤损形式,分析混凝土轨枕伤损成因,针对性地提出适用于运营期天窗时间的聚合物快硬水泥砂浆修复承轨面磨损、高强树脂砂浆填充挡肩缺损以及重力渗透和低压注浆处理轨枕裂缝的轨枕伤损快速整治技术。经现场验证,采用该技术对运营线伤损轨枕进行整治后可有效延长轨枕服役寿命,同时具有显著的社会与经济效益。 Freight trains for heavy haul railways feature heavy axles and large traffic volume.Compared with common railway sleepers,concrete sleepers of heavy haul railways bear more periodic wheel-rail impact load,and their defects are severe and grow quickly.Field investigation shows that some heavy haul railway sleepers have defects such as rail bearing surface wear,shoulder damage,and sleeper crack.The causes of different types of concrete sleeper defects are analyzed,and a rapid treatment technology for sleeper damage is put forward,which is suitable for repairing rail bearing surface wear with polymer quick-hardening cement mortar,filling shoulder damage with high-strength resin mortar,and treating sleeper cracks by gravity penetration and low-pressure grouting during the window time of operation.According to the field verification,this technology can effectively prolong the service life of sleepers with defects of operation lines and can deliver significant social and economic benefits.
