3万t重载组合列车试验及优化操纵建议

摘要 大秦铁路在既有机车、车辆装备条件下,首次对采用Locotrol同步操纵系统开行的3万t重载组合列车进行了试验研究,列车牵引质量创造了我国重载试验新纪录。基于试验测试结果,对3万t重载组合列车的制动性能、正常运行工况下的纵向力大小及分布情况以及影响车钩力的主要因素进行分析,并结合分析结果提出3万t重载组合列车操纵优化建议,对深化研究3万t重载组合列车综合性能和后期常态化开行具有一定借鉴意义。 Using the existing locomotive and vehicle equipment,the first experimental research was conducted on the 30000 t heavy haul combined train with Locotrol system on the Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway.The traction quality of the train has created a new record in heavy haul tests in China.Based on the test results,the paper analyzes the braking performance,and the magnitude and distribution of longitudinal force under normal operation condition,as well as main factors affecting the coupler force.Suggestions are proposed on the optimum operation of the 30000 t heavy haul combined train in accordance with the analysis results,which provides reference for in-depth study on the comprehensive performance and future operation of the heavy haul combined train.
