基于图像处理技术的智能包裹分拣终端设计

摘要 针对菜鸟驿站等小型包裹分拣站点存在分拣耗时间长、占用人力多、效率低等问题,基于图像处理技术设计了一个智能包裹分拣终端。该分拣终端包括包裹图像采集模块、包裹抓取模块、寻迹模块、通信模块、电机驱动模块及显示模块。包裹图像采集模块通过OpenMV采集包裹图像,计算出包裹的位置;包裹抓取模块根据包裹的位置信息调整机器人姿态及机械臂动作;寻迹模块根据包裹的大小信息进行路径规划,实现包裹的分类摆放;通信模块将机器人编号、路径信息、包裹摆放货架信息传输给服务器。测试结果表明:设计的分拣终端能够完成包裹分拣、信息传递等工作,提高了包裹分拣效率及管理效率。 Aiming at solving the problems of long time-consuming,labor-intensive,and low-efficiency sorting task at the current small parcel sorting stations such as Cainiao Station,this paper designs an intelligent parcel sorting terminal based on image processing technology and using STM32 as the main control chip.The terminal includes a package image acquisition module,a package capture module,a tracking module,a communication module,a motor drive module,and a display module.The package image acquisition module collects package images through OpenMV and calculates the position of the package;the package capture module adjusts the robot posture and the action of the robot arm according to the position information of the package;the tracking module performs path planning according to the size information of the package to realize the classification of the package.The communication module transmits the robot number,path information,and package placement shelf information to the server.The test results show that the designed sorting terminal can complete the functions of parcel sorting and information transmission,and improve the efficiency of parcel sorting and the management efficiency of managers.
