EPC项目为一种新型的承包模式,此模式兼具多方面优势,在当下的工程领域广受人们的欢迎。部分热电项目中也采用了EPC模式,对于EPC热电项目而言,仪表管理极为重要,仪表是否可靠运行关乎项目安全性、经济性。在行业现代化发展的过程中,EPC热电项目中相关部门应重视仪表管理,并在管理中克服原先管理模式的诸多限制,采用新型管理理论与方法。基于此,本文重点分析了EPC热电项目仪表管理的策略,对同类型项目的仪表管理具有指导价值。

EPC project is a new type of contracting mode,which has many advantages and is popular in the field of engineering nowadays.EPC mode is also adopted in some thermoelectric projects.For EPC thermoelectric projects,instrumentation management is extremely important,and the reliable operation of the instrumentation is related to the safety and economy of the project.In the process of industry modern development,the relevant departments in EPC thermoelectric projects should pay attention to instrumentation management,overcome many limitations of the original management mode,and adopt new management theories and methods.Based on this condition,this paper focuses on the strategies of instrumentation management in EPC thermoelectric projects,which are of guidance value for the instrumentation management in the same type of projects.
