现阶段,随着社会的不断发展,城镇化建设进程不断加快,建筑领域取得良好发展,在此大环境下,使得应用在工程造价管理中的手段越发先进。其中,BIM技术便是一个集设计、施工与管理为一体的工程协同管理技术,将此技术运用到工程造价管控工作之中,可显著提升造价管理水平,促使建筑业的可持续健康发展。基于此,本文主要分析BIM技术在工程造价管控工作中的有效运用,以供相关人士参考。

At this stage,with the continuous development of society,the process of urbanization construction is accelerating,and the construction field has achieved good development.Under such environment,the means applied in project cost management are increasingly advanced.Among them,BIM technology is an engineering collaborative management technology integrating design,construction and management,and the application of this technology to project cost control can significantly improve the level of cost management and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the construction industry.Based on this condition,this paper mainly analyzes the effective application of BIM technology in project cost control,and provides the reference of relevant people.
