装配式建筑工程属于一种新型的施工技术,在施工技术与传统的施工方式有较大的差异性,因此对于造价控制要求也有所不同,需要采用针对性强的管理方式,提升装配式建筑工程造价控制水平。本文主要分析了装配式建筑工程的特点以及造价控制难点,有针对性地研究装配式建筑工程造价控制措施。

Prefabricated construction engineering is a new type of construction technology,which is quite different from the traditional construction method,so the cost control requirements are also different,and a well-targeted management method is needed to improve the cost control level of prefabricated construction engineering.This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of prefabricated construction engineering and cost control difficulties,and studies the cost control measures of prefabricated construction engineering in a targeted manner.
