In recent years,the rapid development of social economy has promoted the popularity of the real estate market,and accordingly China’s construction engineering industry has achieved great progress.In the construction of building engineering,basement waterproof engineering quality control is particularly important,its waterproofness is directly related to the quality and service life of the building,so it is essential to strengthen the basement waterproof engineering quality management.This paper will introduce several common water seepage problems in basement waterproofing projects,discuss the causes and then put forward reasonable and feasible quality management suggestions,for reference.
