在当前信息时代下,信息技术已经成为企业发展,项目建设的重要技术手段,尤其是BIM技术,在该技术下可以创建动态化、可视化的三维建筑工程模型,可以有效应用在建筑工程管理中,解决工程单位传统管理模式下的弊端问题,并提高建筑工程技术水平,实现建筑信息资源的整合、优化配置,减少浪费,最终推动建筑行业的健康发展。对此,本文主要综述建筑工程管理中的BIM的有效应用,具体阐述BIM模型的创建和之后具体的应用,以供广大设计人员借鉴和参考。

In the current information age,information technology has become an important technical means for enterprise development and project construction,especially BIM technology,which can create dynamic and visual three-dimensional construction engineering models and can be effectively applied in construction engineering management to solve the shortcomings of engineering units under traditional management mode,improve the technical level of construction engineering,realize the integration and optimal allocation of construction information resources,reduce waste,and ultimately promote the healthy development of the construction industry.In this regard,this paper mainly reviews the effective application of BIM in construction engineering management,and specifically elaborates the creation of BIM model and subsequent specific application,for the reference of the majority of designers.
