随着我国现代化进程的加快,城市化进程的加快,在城市建设中,市政工程建设非常重要,它直接影响着一个城市的发展,因此,近年来我国的市政工程项目越来越多。而市政建设往往涉及城市的某些基建工程,在建设中往往会给居民的日常生活和工作造成极大的不便,所以对其进行工期的控制是非常有必要的。本文就如何有效地管理城市建设项目的工期管理提出了一些建议,以供参考。

With the acceleration of China’s modernization process and urbanization process,in urban construction,municipal engineering construction is very important,which directly affects the development of a city,therefore,there are increasing municipal engineering projects in China in recent years.Municipal construction often involves certain infrastructure projects in the city,which often cause great inconvenience to residents’daily life and work during construction,so it is very necessary to control the construction period.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to effectively manage the construction period of urban construction projects and provides some reference.
