注射用泮托拉唑钠联合康复新液治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of pantoprazole sodium for injection combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的 探究注射用泮托拉唑钠联合康复新液治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的临床效果。方法 120例消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组及试验组,各60例。对照组使用注射用泮托拉唑钠治疗,试验组采用注射用泮托拉唑钠联合康复新液治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)]、止血时间及腹痛缓解时间、不良反应发生率。结果 试验组总有效率98.33%高于对照组的88.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CRP、IL-1水平均低于本组治疗前,且试验组CRP(6.45±1.05)mg/L、IL-1(40.05±2.04)ng/L均低于对照组的(7.61±1.07)mg/L、(45.64±1.58)ng/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组止血时间(1.01±0.11)d、腹痛缓解时间(1.34±0.24)d短于对照组的(1.34±0.24)、(1.78±0.31)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组用药不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血患者联合使用注射用泮托拉唑钠与康复新液进行治疗,临床疗效确切,能够减轻炎症反应,快速缓解症状,用药不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pantoprazole sodium for injection combined with Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of peptic ulcer complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 120 patients with peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding were studied,and were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the random numerical table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with pantoprazole sodium for injection,and the experimental group was treated with pantoprazole sodium for injection combined with Kangfuxin liquid.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors [C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-1(IL-1)],hemostasis time and abdominal pain relief time,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 98.33% in the experimental group was higher than 88.33% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Combined use of pantoprazole sodium for injection and Kangfuxin liquid for the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer and upper gastrointestinal bleeding has a definite clinical effect,which can reduce inflammation,relieve symptoms quickly,and have few adverse drug reactions.
