全程化吸入用药管理对呼吸系统慢病患者使用吸入剂影响的研究

Research on the effect of whole-process inhalation medication management on the use of inhalations in patients with chronic respiratory diseases

目的 探究对既往有、无吸入剂使用经验患者实施全程化吸入剂用药管理干预效果的影响因素。方法 面向首次使用吸入剂及既往有吸入剂使用经验但未接受药师吸入剂管理干预的两组患者分别开展装置使用及自我管理指导。以评分表形式跟踪评判指导效果,分析影响指导效果的相关因素,探索用药管理的切入点和侧重点。结果 患者年龄、吸入剂使用经验、心理因素、配合度对指导其使用吸入剂装置存在一定影响;对有、无吸入剂使用经验患者采用不同工作侧重点,对患者操作错误的识别与纠正、规律且正确使用吸入剂的依从性进行宣教。结论 临床药师针对不同患者进行有侧重点的指导,形成呼吸系统慢病管理全程化药学服务,可使患者吸入剂装置操作水平、用药依从性大幅提高,最终有益于提高疾病控制水平。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of the intervention effect of the whole-process inhalation medication management intervention for patients with or without inhalation experience. Methods Guidance on device use and self-management were provided for two groups of patients who used inhalants for the first time and patients with previous experience with inhalants who have not received a pharmacist’s intervention in the management of inhalers.Track and judge the guidance effect in the form of a scoring sheet, analyze the relevant factors affecting the guidance effect, and explore the entry point and focus of medication management. Results The patient’s age, inhalant experience, psychological factors, and degree of cooperation have certain influences on guiding their use of inhaler devices. The focus of the work of patients with and without experience in using inhalants is the identification and correction of operational errors, and the compliance education of regular and correct use of inhalants. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists provide focused guidance for different patients, and form a full-course chemical pharmacy service for chronic disease management of the respiratory system, which can greatly improve the operation level of patients’ inhalation device and medication compliance, which is ultimately beneficial to improve the level of disease control.
