JCI标准在门诊药房麻醉药品管理中的实施价值分析

Analysis on the implementation value of JCI standard in the management of narcotic drugs in outpatient pharmacy

目的 研究门诊药房麻醉药品管理中行国际医疗卫生机构认证联合委员会(JCI)标准的效果。方法 数据遴选门诊药房2019年2月~2021年11月的100种麻醉药品,另择取病房的30名护士作为研究对象,根据“管理差异性”分参照组(2019年2月~2020年10月行传统管理,n=15)、标准组(2020年11月~2021年11月行JCI标准管理,n=15),两组管理效果比较分析。结果 管理前两组药品管理合格情况、护士工作效率差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);管理后与参照组比较,标准组药品管理合格评分、护士工作效率评分更高;标准组麻醉药品积存率低于参照组(χ^(2)=7.862,P=0.005)。结论 JCI标准管理可提高麻醉药品的合格情况、护士工作效率,避免发生药品积存现象。

Objective To study the effect of the JCI standard in the management of narcotic drugs in outpatient pharmacy. Methods A total of 100narcotic drugs were selected from outpatient dispensaries from February to November 2019, and 30 nurses from 2021 wards were selected for the study, they were divided into two groups according to “Management differences”: the reference group(traditional management from February 2019 to October 2020, n =15) and the standard group(JCI Standard Management from November 2020 to November 2021, n = 15),compare and analyze of two groups of management effect. Results There was no difference in drug management qualification and nurses’ work efficiency between the two groups before management(P > 0.05);After management, compared with the reference group, the drug management qualification score and nurses’ work efficiency score in the standard group were higher;The accumulation rate of narcotic drugs in the standard group was lower than that in the reference group (χ^(2) = 7.862,P = 0.005). Conclusion JCI standard management can improve the qualification of narcotic drugs, nurses’ work efficiency, and avoid drug accumulation.
