测绘工程四位一体协同育人OBE模式研究

OBE Mode of Four-in-One Collaborative Education in Surveying and Mapping Engineering

测绘工程人才培养模式对于全面提高测绘工程专业人才质量、满足社会需求十分重要,但测绘工程专业人才培养仍存在目标模糊、实践缺位、反馈不足等问题。本文以培养“卓越型、创新型、协同型、应用型”人才为导向,建立了“面向产业,立足卓越,科教融合,校企联动”的测绘工程专业“四位一体”协同育人OBE模式,实现了科研实践能力、协同创新能力、工程应用能力共同提高的测绘工程创新人才培养机制。通过在江西理工大学推广应用,获得了丰硕的教学成果。就业率、考研升学率、用人单位满意度等数据证明该模式具有实际应用价值。

The talent training mode is important for comprehensively improving the quality of surveying and mapping engineering professionals and meeting the needs of society.However,some problems exist in the development of surveying and mapping engineering professionals,such as vague objectives,lack of practice and insufficient feedback.Guided by the cultivation of"outstanding,innovative,collaborative and applied"talents,the paper established a four-in-one cooperative education OBE model for surveying and mapping engineering specialty,which is"oriented to industry,based on excellence,integrated with science and education,and linked with schools and enterprises".The talent cultivation scheme which can jointly improve the scientific research practice ability,collaborative innovation ability and engineering application ability.In additional,the teaching mode has been applied in surveying and mapping engineering major of Jiangxi University of Science and Technology,and the rich teaching achievement has obtained.The practical application value of the mode is proved by employment rate,entrance rate of postgraduate entrance examination,employer satisfaction and other data.
