长江“一张图”水利管理平台是长江信息化管理的系统工程,本文立足于水利设施和大数据,以地理信息技术促进流域管理现代化,为行使流域河道统一管理职能提供信息化的技术保障。成果在类似流域信息化管理中具有一定的借鉴意义。

"One map"water conservancy management platform of Yangtze River is system engineering of Yangtze River information management,based on water conservancy facilities and big data,it promotes the modernization of river basin management with geographic information technology,and provides information technology guarantee for the unified management function of river basin.The results can be used for reference in similar watershed information management.
