城市轨道交通工程第三方监测管理实施问题探讨

Discussion on the Implementation of Third-party Monitoring Management in Urban Rail Transit Engineering

随着我国社会经济的不断发展,城市化水平迅速提升,地铁工程建设也进入高速发展阶段,第三方监测在地铁工程建设土建施工中实施并且指导施工,有着独立、客观和公正的特点,在工程的安全建设上发挥其重要作用,对保证地铁工程和周围环境影响有着重要意义。本文结合作者实际工作经验,先对第三方监测进行介绍,再简要地分析城市地铁工程建设第三方监测实施及其管理流程,最后提出了对监测发展的一些想法和建议以供探讨交流。

With the continuous development of our country′s social economy,the level of urbanization is also rising rapidly,the construction of subway projects has also entered a stage of high-speed development,and the third-party monitoring is carried out in the civil construction of subway projects and guides the construction,the monitoring work plays an important role in the safety construction of the project,which is of great significance to guarantee the impact of the subway project and the surrounding environment.Based on the author′s practical work experience,this paper first introduces the third-party monitoring,and then briefly analyzes the implementation and management process of the third-party monitoring in urban subway construction.Finally,some ideas and suggestions on monitoring development are put forward for discussion and exchange.
