无人机倾斜摄影测量在城市更新基础数据调查中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 通过分析中山市城市更新基础调查片区统筹范围和改造项目范围对基础数据调查需求的差异,提出在无人机摄影平台相对固定的前提下,实现城市更新基础数据调查不同需求的无人机倾斜摄影过程的重要设计参数,依次取得倾斜摄影影像,借助第三方工具分别构建三维模型,获取满足城市更新基础数据调查需求的地理数据和调查成果。中山市多个城市更新基础数据调查项目的实践应用表明,利用不同地面分辨率倾斜摄影测量技术,来实现城市更新基础数据调查不同层次的应用需求,是可行的,精度是可以保障的。同时发现,基于高精度三维模型的测点、测边精度基本接近,检测统计精度与影像分辨率紧密相关。 By analyzing the difference between the overall planning scope of the basic urban renewal survey area of Zhongshan city and the demand for basic data survey within the scope of the reconstruction project,this paper proposes the important design parameters of the UAV oblique photography process to achieve different needs of urban renewal basic data survey under the premise of relatively fixed UAV photography platform,obtains the oblique photography images in turn,builds 3D models respectively with the help of third-party tools,and obtain geographic data and survey results that meet the needs of urban update basic data survey.The practice and application in several urban renewal basic data survey projects in Zhongshan city show that it is feasible and the accuracy can be guaranteed to realize the application requirements of different levels of urban renewal basic data survey by using different ground resolution oblique photogrammetric techniques.At the same time,it is found that the precision of measuring points and edges based on high-precision 3D model is basically close,and the detection statistical precision is closely related to the image resolution.
