稀释与接种法测定生活污水BOD_(5)的影响因素探析 被引量:1

摘要 根据HJ 505-2009《水质五日生化需氧量(BOD_(5))的测定稀释与接种法》,对水样进行不同前处理后进行分析,研究了BOD_(5)检测结果的影响因素。结果表明,污水处理厂进水采样点位的设置、检测样品的稀释倍数、抑制剂的添加与否等对检测结果影响明显。对水质五日生化需氧量的准确测定、检测过程中关键点的把控和出现问题的查找具有指导意义。 According to HJ 505-2009“Water biochemical oxygen demand(BOD_(5))determination dilution and inoculation method”,the water samples were analyzed after different pretreatment,and the influencing factors of BOD_(5) detection results were studied.The results show that the setting of influent sampling points in the sewage treatment plant,the dilution ratio of test samples,and the addition of inhibitors have a significant impact on the test results,which is of guiding significance for the accurate determination of five-day biochemical oxygen demand of water quality,the control of key points in the test process,and the search of problems.
