摘要
现行污泥处理技术容易受到土地利用后端出路、水泥市场需求等因素的影响,因此在污水厂内实现原位减量或资源化的一体化有机生物处理设备备受关注。介绍了一种污泥干化生物处理设备的运行模式及效果,试验物料温度(48.0±2.7℃)、pH(7.82)、含水率(50%~59%)、有机质(55%)等影响好氧发酵的因素满足生物处理设备的控制需求及后端好氧堆肥的控制要求,出料蛔虫卵死亡率、粪大肠菌群值等无害化指标基本满足要求,并对后端处置路线开展了试验。
The current sludge treatment technology is mainly affected by factors such as the outlet of land use and the demand of cement market.The integrated organic biological treatment equipment that can realize in-situ reduction or recycling in the sewage plant has attracted much attention.This paper introduces the operation mode and effect of a sludge drying biological treatment equipment.The factors affecting aerobic fermentation such as the temperature(48.0±2.7℃),pH(7.82),moisture content(50%-59%),organic matter(55%)of the test materials meet the control requirements of the biological processor and the control requirements of the back-end aerobic composting.The harmless indicators such as the mortality of Ascaris eggs and the fecal coliform group value basically meet the requirements,And the back-end disposal route is tested.
