猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型流行病学调查与防治

Epidemiological Investigation and Control of Porcine circovirus Ⅱ

为调查丽江市永胜县猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型感染现状,有效预防、控制猪圆环病毒病,2016-2019年对永胜县12个规模养猪场和210户散养农户1 393份猪血清样品应用ELISA方法进行了血清学调查,同时,在永胜县三川镇3个村委会对2018-2019年临床病例开展流行病学调查。结果表明,丽江市永胜县猪圆环病毒Ⅱ型4年平均总阳性感染率为13.35%,生产种猪平均阳性感染率达19.55%,明显高于商品育肥猪的5.86%。临床调查夏、秋季节发病数分别占41.7%、27.1%,高于冬、春季节,且2~4月龄架子猪占发病总数的54.7%,5~6月龄育肥猪占发病总数的31.7%,高于经产母猪和2月龄内仔猪,根据调查结果提出综合防控措施。

In order to investigate the status of Porcine circovirus type Ⅱ infection in Yongsheng County,Lijiang City,and to prevent and control Porcine circovirus disease effectively,a serological survey of 1,393 pig serum samples from 12 pig farms and 210 free-range farmers in Yongsheng County was conducted using Elisa from 2016 to 2019,an epidemiological survey of clinical cases was carried out in three village committees of Sanchuan Town,Yongsheng County from 2018 to 2019.The results showed that the average infection rate of type Ⅱ Porcine circovirus in Yongsheng County was 13.35%.The average infection rate of breeding pigs was 19.55%,which was significantly higher than that of commercial fattening pigs(5.86%).The incidence of disease in summer and autumn was 41.7% and 27.1% respectively,which was higher than that in winter and spring.The incidence of disease was 54.7% in shelf pigs aged 2~4 months and 31.7% in fattening pigs aged 5~6 months,it is higher than that of sows and piglets in two months.According to the investigation results,the integrated control measures are put forward.
