禽畜遗传资源对于拥有大量畜牧产业的农业大国是非常重要的生物资源,是国家推动畜牧产业发展的战略资源。随着我国现代化农业发展进程进一步推进,依托多样性的禽畜遗传资源才能为我国的农牧市场提供更多种类的、高质量的禽畜农业产品。同时也能为从事畜牧产业的工作者增加更多的收入,为国家禽畜资源的可持续发展与利用、生态文明的多样性发展、禽畜遗传资源保护提供更好的资源支持。该文主要论述禽畜遗传资源保护的现状、科学依据、技术方法及发展方向。

Livestock genetic resources are very important biological resources for large agricultural countries with a large livestock industry,it is a strategic resource for the country to promote the development of animal husbandry.With the further development of modern agriculture in China,we can provide more kinds of high-quality livestock and poultry agricultural products for our country’s agriculture and animal husbandry market based on the diversity of poultry and livestock genetic resources.At the same time,it can also increase the income of workers engaged in the livestock industry,it provides better resource support for the sustainable development and utilization of domestic poultry and livestock resources,the diversity development of ecological civilization and the protection of poultry and livestock genetic resources.This paper mainly discusses the current situation,scientific basis,technical methods and development direction of genetic resources protection of poultry and livestock.
