摘要
作为企业人才队伍稳定的重要保证,企业留人工作及其效果在确保企业良性发展中的作用不言而喻。在实力与发展阶段等条件的限制下,中小企业面临着极为严峻的“留人难”问题,且难以采用常规物质性留人手段解决。因此,从情感因素入手寻找适合中小企业的新型留人方法很有必要。通过结合中小企业的发展实际,从情感因素角度分析并找到导致中小企业留人失败的因素,进而阐述情感因素应用于中小企业留人工作中的理论依据,最后提出从情感因素入手改进中小企业留人工作的措施。
As an important guarantee for the stability of enterprise talent team,it is self-evident that the work and effect of retaining employees in enterprises play an important role in ensuring the sound development of enterprises.Under the restriction of strength and development stage,small and medium-sized enterprises(SME)are faced with a very serious problem of“difficulty in retaining talents”,and it is difficult to solve it by conventional material means,which makes starting from emotional factors to look for a new way to retain talents for SME necessary.Analyze and find out the factors leading to the failure of SME to retain talents by combining with the actual development of SME from the perspective of emotional factors,then expound the theoretical basis of applying emotional factors to the improvement of the work of retaining talents in SME,finally put forward the measures to improve the work of retaining employees in SME from the emotional factors.
