乡村振兴背景下农村三产融合发展路径

Development Path of Rural Three Industries Integration under the Background of Rural Revitalization

农业是一个自然风险和经济风险交织在一起的弱质性产业,加上农民主动规避风险的特性,导致很多农户仍处于一种“靠天吃饭”的被动状态中,难以获得产业链条上的增值效益。农业产业发展的出路在于通过横向拓展农业功能和纵向中延伸产业链条,促进三产融合,吸引城市的要素、人才、资金向农村回流。结合已有的探索经验,分析当下农村三产融合与乡村发展的内在逻辑关联,以及三产融合发展的内生机制。在乡村振兴加大对“三农”扶持力度的背景下,探讨三产融合的常见及面临的困境,研究与此相关对策建议,提出农村三产融合的发展路径,即推进三产稳步发展,促进农业现代化;打造品牌优势,提升农业价值;持续发挥龙头企业的牵引力。

Agriculture is a weak industry with natural risks and economic risks intertwined.In addition,farmers actively avoid risks,leading to many farmers are still in a passive state of“relying on the weather”,and it is difficult to obtain value-added benefits in the industrial chain.The way out for the development of agricultural industry is to promote the integration of three industries by horizontally expanding agricultural functions and vertically extending the industrial chain,and attract urban elements,talents and funds back to the countryside.Based on the existing exploration experience,this paper analyzes the internal logical relationship between the current rural integration of three industries and rural development,as well as the endogenous mechanism of the integration of three industries.Under the background of strengthening the support for“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”in rural revitalization,discuss the common and facing difficulties of the integration of three industries,study the relevant countermeasures and suggestions,and propose the development path of rural integration of three industries,that is promote the steady development of three industries and promote agricultural modernization;Build brand advantages and enhance agricultural value;We will continue to give play to the traction of leading enterprises.
