摘要
产学研融合背景下,“双一流”高校在房地产估价人才培养中面临专业受院校内部及企业外部重视不足、房地产估价人才专项培养定位模糊、房地产经营与估价专业人才培训和市场脱节、“双一流”高校房地产估价学生专业科研水平有待提升、人才培养与房地产估价职业资格证书脱节等困境。我国房地产估价人才创新培养可以满足我国人才强国、创新驱动发展战略的需要,房地产估价人才的培养需要在房地产企业、高校和科研院所三方共同驱动下展开。为了培养能够适应新型经济格局的创新人才,有必要在企业、高校与科研机构间建立起一套协同互促的合作机制。
Under the background of the integration of“industry-university-research”,there are problems in the cultivation of real estate valuation talents in the“double first-class”universities,such as the lack of attention paid to the profession within the institutions and outside the enterprises,the ambiguous positioning of the special cultivation of real estate valuation talents,the disconnection between the training of real estate management and valuation professionals and the market,the need to improve the level of professional scientific research of real estate valuation students in the“double first-class”universities,and the disconnection between the cultivation of talents and the professional qualification of real estate valuation.The innovative cultivation of real estate valuation talents in China meets the needs of China’s talent strengthening and innovation-driven development strategies,and the cultivation of real estate valuation talents needs to be carried out under the joint drive of real estate enterprises,universities and research institutes.In order to develop innovative talent that can adapt to the new economic landscape,it is necessary to establish a synergistic and mutually reinforcing cooperation mechanism between companies,universities and research institutions.
