铅酸蓄电池放充寿命快速检测方法及评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 为快速实现铅酸蓄电池放充寿命的快速检测,以环境温度、充电电流和放电电流为加速应力,设计了蓄电池加速放充退化正交实验。实验结果表明:随着应力的增加,蓄电池的寿命衰减率也呈现出增大的趋势。通过对数据的分析,建立了蓄电池的容量保持率衰减模型,并对寿命损耗率进行计算,分析了加速寿命回归检测模型的构建方法,提出了基于加速倍率和容量保持率线性度的实验方案评价方法。 In order to quickly detect the discharge and charge life of lead-acid battery,an orthogonal experiment of accelerated discharge and charge degradation of lead-acid battery was designed with ambient temperature,charging current and discharge current as acceleration stress.The experimental results show that the life decay rate of battery also increases with the increase of stress.Through the analysis of the data,the capacity retention rate attenuation model of the battery was established,the life loss rate was calculated,the construction method of the accelerated life regression detection model was analyzed,and the experimental scheme evaluation method based on the acceleration ratio and the linearity of the capacity retention rate was proposed.
