摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Cu2ZnSnS4(CZTS)薄膜太阳电池;研究了(3%、5%、7%、9%)的Na、K共掺杂对CZTS薄膜电池的影响。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、拉曼光谱仪(Raman)和环境场扫描电镜(SEM)等测试手段对薄膜样品进行表征,并采用SAN-EI XES-500T1(AAA标准)太阳光模拟器测量器件的光电转化性能;结果表明:适量的Na、K共掺杂可以改善CZTS薄膜结晶质量,抑制CZTS薄膜内部ZnS二次相的形成,改善器件性能,CZTS薄膜太阳电池光电转换效率由6.7%提升至8.02%。
In this work,Cu2ZnSnS4(CZTS)thin film solar cells were prepared by the sol-gel method.The effect of Na,K co-doping with different degrees(3%,5%,7%,9%)on CZTS thin films were investigated.The film samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD),Raman spectrometer(Raman)and scanning electron microscopes(SEM).The san-EI XS-500T1(AAA standard)simulator was used to measure the photoelectric conversion performance of solar cell devices.The results show that the proper amount of Na and K co-doping can improve the crystal quality of CZTS thin film and inhibit the formation of ZnS secondary phase in the film.Moreover,Na and K co-doping can improve the performance of CZTS thin film solar cells and increase the photoelectric conversion efficiency from 6.70%to 8.02%.
