光伏组件PID效应的修复及抑制研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着光伏发电技术的快速进步及成本的大幅下降,光伏电站补贴逐渐减少,甚至取消,行业内对光伏电站的发电效率和电站质量越来越关注,其中PID(势能诱导衰减)是光伏电站不可避免的衰减现象,对电站的发电性能带来了严重的影响。回顾了PID产生的机理及PID现象的恢复及预防方法,以某地面光伏电站为例,使用了白天预防、夜间恢复的技术,取得了良好的效果,从EL图像可知,组件的黑斑基本消失,同时组件的发电量提升到了比较高的水平。 With the rapid progress of photovoltaics technology and the substantial decline of system cost,the subsidies for photovoltaic(PV)power stations are gradually reduced or even cancelled.The industry pays more and more attention to the yields and quality of photovoltaic power stations,where PID(potential induced degradation)is an inevitable attenuation phenomenon of PV module,which has a serious impact on the yield of the PV station.This paper reviewed the generation mechanism of PID and the recovery and prevention methods of PID phenomenon.Taking a ground PV station as an example,the technology of daytime prevention and nighttime recovery was used,and good results were achieved.The black spots of El image basically disappear,and the yield of the PV module has increased to a relatively high level.
