信息技术在小型水利工程运行管理中的应用

摘要 随着科学技术的快速发展,信息技术的应用越来越广泛,各领域都在加强信息技术的学习,而小型水利工程关系到民生福祉问题。本文首先分析了小型水利工程现状、管理技术手段薄弱、缺乏专业人才等问题,其次针对性地提出应用卫星定位系统、构建通信网络系统、遥感技术、信息管理平台、大数据和人工智能技术在小型水利工程运行管理中的优点和特点,最后得出信息技术能够使小型水利工程的运行管理更加标准化、现代化。 With the rapid development of science and technology,the application of information technology is increasingly wide,and the learning of information technology is strengthened in all fields,and small-scale water conservancy projects are related to people’s livelihood and welfare.This paper first analyzes the current situation and problems such as weak management technology and lack of professional talents in small-scale water conservancy projects,and then puts forward the advantages and characteristics of applying satellite positioning system,constructing communication network system,remote sensing technology,information management platform,big data and artificial intelligence technology in the operation management of small-scale water conservancy projects,and finally concludes that information technology can make the operation management of small-scale water conservancy projects more standardized and modernized.
