为了解决我国油气资源短缺问题,近年来我国加大了对海上油田的开采规模,越来越多的海上油田项目相继建设,成为我国重要的油气资源保障基地。在海上油田开采阶段,溢油管理工作至关重要,如果溢油风险防控及防治措施不科学、不严谨,势必会造成溢油事故,不仅会影响海上油田的正常开采工作,同时也会引发环境污染问题,需要引起相关专业人士的关注。为了杜绝溢油事故发生,本文将对海上油田溢油风险防控及防治措施进行研究,以供参考。

In order to solve the problem of petroleum resource shortage in China,China has expanded the scale of exploitation of offshore oilfields in recent years,more offshore oilfield projects have been built successively and become the important petroleum resource guarantee base in China.In the offshore oilfield exploitation stage,oil spill management is very important,if the oil spill risk prevention and control measures are not scientific and rigorous,it will inevitably cause oil spill accidents,which will not only affect the normal exploitation of offshore oilfields,but also cause environmental pollution problems,which need to attract the attention of relevant professionals.In order to prevent oil spill accidents,this article will study the prevention and control measures of oil spill risks in offshore oilfields for reference.
