摘要
本文介绍了“双模法”回收及再生酸性蚀刻废液的原理及工艺流程,对“双模法”进行了工业化试验,回收得到铜含量99.9%以上的阴极铜及铜含量65%以上的海绵铜粉,铜的回收率99%以上,从某PCB厂蚀刻制程产生的酸性蚀刻废液,利用“双模法”处理,其中的70%用膜电解法处理,30%用还原法处理,处理后的再生液蚀刻指标达到企业要求。
This paper introduces the principle and process flow of“dual-mode method”in the recycling and regeneration of acid etching waste liquid,and conducts industrial tests on the“dual-mode method”.The sponge copper powder at cathode copper content of more than 99.9%and copper content of more than 65%is obtained,and the recovery rate of copper is more than 99%.For the acid etching waste liquid generated by the etching process of a PCB factory,it is treated by using the“dualmode method”,of which 70%is treated by film electrolysis method,30%is treated by reduction method,and the regeneration liquid etching index after treatment meets the requirements of enterprises.
