自动化物流机器人在医用手术室耗材采购中的应用

Application of Automated Logistics Robots in Medical Operating Room Consumables Procurement

现阶段,医用耗材尤其是手术室耗材的采购及配送缺乏有效性和及时性。本文主要对自动化物流机器人在医用耗材采购中的应用进行了分析,基于自动化物流机器人构建采购数据库以及功能模块,通过订单传送、订单获取、终端明确、指纹识别建立自动化物流机器人医用耗材采购程序,以均值和方差为依据得出具体的采购数量。实验结果表明,自动化物流机器人的应用在医用耗材采购中可以有效提高配送时间,降低配送误差,提高用户满意程度。

At present,the procurement and distribution of medical consumables,especially operating room consumables,have insufficient effectiveness and timeliness.This paper mainly analyzes the application of automated logistics robots in the procurement of medical consumables,builds a procurement database and functional modules based on automated logistics robots,establishes medical consumables procurement procedures using automated logistics robot through order transmission,order acquisition,terminal clarification and fingerprint recognition,and obtains specific procurement quantities based on mean value and mean square.The experimental results show that the application of automated logistics robots can effectively improve the delivery time,reduce the delivery error and improve user satisfaction in the procurement of medical consumables.
