定额取消下依托BIM技术的工程造价管理研究

文章结合现阶段工程造价管理中常见问题,在预算定额取消背景下探讨BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用及价值。通过定额取消对造价管理的影响和BIM技术在工程造价管理中的运用价值进行论述,通过BIM技术应用实例分析其运用条件,剖明在预算定额取消下依托BIM技术的管理是一种行之有效的工程造价控制方法。

Combined with the common problems in project cost management at the present stage,this paper discusses the application and value of BIM technology in project cost management under the background of budget quota cancellation.The impact of quota cancellation on cost management and the application value of BIM technology in project cost management are discussed,the application conditions of BIM technology are analyzed through the application examples of BIM technology,and it’s concluded that the management relying on BIM technology under the cancellation of budget quotas is an effective project cost control method.
